"The room has nice high ceilings, fridge, TV, extra pillows and blankets, kettle, cups (you'd have to bring your own tea/coffee but that didn't bother us), shower room with toilet and soap etc plus hairdryer."

the location was fabulous , very close to the termini station and an easy walk to the city center. the air conditioning was welcomed , especially during the warm days.

the hotel was advertised as a non smoking place , however the lobby had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. also , the luggage area did not have any type of security , so we didn't feel safe leaving our valuables behind.

the staff was very helpful. the room and shower room were spacious. i found bottles of water provided in the room, as well as tea and coffee. the amenities ensured i had a refreshing and comfortable stay.

the room had all facilities but was very small and compact. the door opening hit off the double bed. it should have really been a single room.

The staff helped us find a taxi. I really appreciated that. we only stayed for one night, but everything went smoothly. the location is great with easy transport options.

the room i had was quite small and i didn't have enough space for my luggage. it made moving around a bit difficult.

i found the location quite convenient. it was a short walk to termini station. the room included air conditioning, which worked very well, and i could store my bags after checkout. there were also many restaurants nearby, a definite plus for quick meals.

the elevator was quite old and slow. it could only manage a few people at a time. i sometimes opted for the stairs.
